RH Labs provides a wide range of detector products including Zero Bias Detectors, Tunnel Diode Detectors, and Biased Schottky Detectors. The list, tabulated below, provides information for many of these detectors. In the last column, the complete electrical and mechanical specifications for each device is presented. As shown, excellent performance is achieved over broad frequency ranges for tangential sensitivity (TSS), voltage Vs. frequency flatness, and open circuit sensitivity.
